Bomb The Music Industry’s Vacation
For the past five days, I have been spending some time alone in a cabin that was bullt by my great grandfather in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Today, BTMI’s new album Vacation popped up online. I listened to it three times in a row with headphones on.
Being open and honest, I can say that I have not been very outgoing lately for many reasons. I’ve let a lot of people step all over me, and I’ve grown tired of hearing about the petty problems of others.
Listening to this album has made me appreciate the time I have to myself, but more so, has made me feel grateful all of the friends I have, both near and far. There’s not much that has made me happier than that, and what better to dwell on that notion with than some catchy, heartfelt tunes from my favorite band.
You can download the album for free from http://quoteunquoterecords.com/qur051.htm, and I urge you to support the band if you like what you hear.
